We are looking for a diligent, self-motivated Estimator to prepare accurate estimates.
Responsibilities Communicate with customers and team members regarding new and current projects Receive RFQs and prepare estimates in detail per specifications provided, then submit to appropriate persons Understand scope of work for each project and its requirements from drawings provided and complete take-offs Determine key variables for cost and other estimates Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors Skills Ability to read and comprehend architectural plans Working knowledge of Bluebeam software Proven experience as estimator or similar position Proficient in relevant software and the ability to learn new programs as required Quickbooks (preferred), PDF, CAD software programs Superior communication skills dealing with existing and potential customers Thoroughness and attention to detail Exceptionally reliable Excellent organizational skills Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team 'This Job Is:
