The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to attorneys, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing client files.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal correspondence.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Answer phones and provide general administrative support to attorneys.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform research on legal matters.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents for court proceedings.
