Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager (SHIFT 7am-3pm) Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Communicate with staff and create goals for the facility.
Solve any problems the residents may have.
Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
NJ RN degree Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
